All New Instruments are in original Manufacturers Packing , used Instrument are shipped in similar packing.
Return Policy
Instruments must be returned within 7 days of purchase in the original condition/ packaging. Please ship with insurance and provide a tracking number. Buyer pays return shipping costs. Choose between 100% store credit or 80% cash back Sorry - we do not accept returns for international shipments. Exceptions : Drums and Drums sets, cymbals ,Print music, media/software, mouth blown products, repair parts, non-portable keyboard products, Instrument Cases, refurbished instruments and recording devices are non returnable. Serialized merchandise may be subject to up to a 25% restocking fee. Special orders of non stock merchandise are non returnable.
